A seamless user journey begins with simple sign-in steps, followed by a secure payment process powered by Stripe. Subscribers embark on a trial period, exploring religious questions (avoiding sensitive words) related to Vedas, Upanishads, Mahabharata, and more in Sanskrit, which are translatable to English.

A comprehensive backend admin panel ensures streamlined usability, with options like Dashboard, User Management, Package Management, Email Management, Payment Report Management, and Trial Day Management. These allow administrators to manage users, packages, and operations effortlessly.

Our team employs cutting-edge technologies to deliver an immersive experience. Vue.js, HTML, and CSS create a visually appealing frontend, while Node.js, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning power the backend. Cloud integration with AWS, OpenAI API chatbot & Python language elevate “Aanantya” beyond the ordinary.

AI Callerbot

Booking a doctor’s appointment is a hectic job indeed that most of the patients face! Techno Exponent took the challenge to mitigate this issue and provide a hassle-free booking experience to patients by developing an innovative AI callerbot. The goal was to simplify the appointment booking process through seamless voice prompts with the power of Artificial Intelligence. This callerbot demo successfully interprets voice prompts and responds with personalized interactions. Patients can effortlessly book appointments, and the system ensures real-time availability verification.

When a patient opens the callerbot, he/she should click on the “Record from microphone” on the left side of the screen, speak the details like name, preferred date & time, and click on “Stop recording” when done. The system then analyzes the request and the “Flag” section on the right side of the screen comes with the voice reply. If the requested appointment slot is unavailable, it courteously says, “This slot is already requested”. If it’s available it replies, “Your appointment is confirmed”. Admin can check the details of the booked slots in the dashboard. Also, there is an option for the admin to “Add Time Slot” manually.

Our experts will incorporate more features & functionalities into it and scale this solution, integrating it into mainstream healthcare services by leveraging more advanced executions. Alexa Skill Bot for the Shipping Industry

This was an interesting project that involved the use of the Alexa Skill Development Platform. Working on this project, our team developed an app that could be integrated with the Alexa ecosystem, and later on, using voice commands you could ask Alexa what were the container freight rates charged by this company for moving goods from Location X to Location Y. 

Our team also Machine Learning Algorithms during various stages of the project to achieve high-accuracy rates when voice commands were given.

Legal Documents Question-Answering

During this project, the main aim of the client was to train different text models based on datasets of legal documents. Our team utilized a host of datasets downloaded from the CUAD platform and later used Python to establish this POC. 

Once completed, the user could easily access the information embedded in the legal document such as the clauses mentioned, or the parties involved in the form of questions and answers.

Analysis of the Australian Vehicle Insurance Industry

Working on a project for the Australian Auto Insurance Industry, we performed exploratory data analysis on reviews of multiple insurance companies’ websites. Using Analysis tools such as Topic Modelling and later Python, we uncovered trends related to what was causing good or bad reviews in the Australian auto industry.

Upon careful analysis of the key causes influencing customer opinions, the auto industry could now focus its efforts on improving factors that were most responsible for influencing customer decisions.
