UrbanYou requirements are noted in the online home clean service booking platform. All B2B and B2C companies aim and demand a responsive site and app, starting from the worthy privilege, to deal with the number of people involved.

Our client demanded a responsive website and mobile application with an intriguing design that attracts the immense attention of the users. They looked for a site where users can request a booking of initial cleaning and gardening service as per their needs. They also wanted to integrate a wireframe where the service providers can accept and activate the requested service through the app. Once professionals perform the service and mark it complete, they demand automatically generated payment for the particular task.

Likewise, they also wanted a fast-performing, smooth website and mobile app focusing on its users. Easy navigation and page responsiveness were also listed in their demand to involve an enclosed user experience.

Laravel

Super Admin:

Super admins hold access to the entire enterprise. They control the website comprehensively and manage all accounts of the users. With the authority to take required actions whenever needed, they supervise the website.

Sub Admin:

Sub Admin works under the supervision of Super Admin. They mainly control the other important aspects of the website. If needed they check the registration confirmation instructed by the super admin.

Scheduler:

The scheduler is the user who booked the service from the online booking portal of UrbanYou. The scheduler can select their time after booking and confirming the payment.

They need to answer a few questions to inform more about their property and cleaning requirements. Once done all by the scheduler they can request the service where an invitation of request will be sent to the URbanYou professionals.

Expert Admins:

Service experts get an automated invitation to the work assigned by the user with all detailed information. The service experts can accept the request and mark it complete once the service is provided.

The expert admins get paid for completing tasks that are generated automatically from the user's account.
