Patients describe their symptoms during this process, and the platform automatically records the conversation into a structured SOAP note. This note is instantly available on the physician’s workstation before the consultation begins.
By the time the patient meets the doctor, the physician already has a summary of the patient’s concern, allowing for quicker, more focused consultations.
Inside the consultation room, Dr.AI offers another time-saving feature called SOAP QuickNote. Using speech-to-text (STT) technology, it listens to the doctor-patient conversation and turns it into structured medical notes in real time. According to IntoWell Biomedical Technology, the feature can reduce manual documentation effort by over 70%, allowing doctors to spend more time listening to patients rather than typing into electronic systems.
