The celebration was filled with cheerful spirits, heartfelt moments, and sincere recognition. The auspicious lamp lighting ceremony was attended by the Techno Exponent leadership team, marking the start of an eventful day. This ceremonial moment was followed by the national anthem led by Sukanya Mukherjee, one of our digital marketing team members, just like last year, setting a tone of respect and togetherness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our respected leaders \u2014 CEO and Co-founder Mr. Sabyasachi Saha, Director and Co-founder Mr. Avoy Debnath, Vice President Mrs. Jyoendrisa Tagore Saha, and CTO Mr. Michael Collins \u2014 along with other dignitaries, graced the occasion. His wit and humour brought refreshing energy to the room. More than just an anchor, RJ Somak became the voice of the celebration, leading the award ceremony and interactions with key members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the most exciting parts of the day was a candid and engaging session with Sabyasachi Sir, Avoy Sir, Jyoendrisa Ma&#8217;am, and Adwitiya Ma&#8217;am (Senior HR Generalist). The twist? All the questions were anonymously submitted by the employees of Techno Exponent. It was an emotional and proud moment to honour their tireless contribution and constant support. Each recipient was celebrated not just for their tenure, but for their loyalty, effort, and unshakable work ethic. It wasn\u2019t just tenure that earned recognition\u2014excellence across departments was equally celebrated. From the software development team that upheld quality standards under tight deadlines, to the design and marketing teams whose creativity helped shape our brand presence, every award acknowledged the effort that often goes unnoticed but is never unappreciated.
